Wearfit Pro (hereinafter referred to as we) will strictly comply with national laws and
regulations, and use security technology to ensure data security. At the same time, we attach
great importance to your personal information and privacy protection, and are committed to
defending everyone's privacy rights. To this end, we adhere to the principles of legitimacy,
legality, transparency, and minimum necessity.
For details about the personal information we collect, please refer to
the Personal
Information Collection List. For information about the third-party SDKs we have
integrated, please refer to the Third-Party SDK List.
1.2 We may use your personal information for the following purposes:
1.2.1 Personal Profile Management
In order to manage your personal profile data and improve the accuracy of exercise data, we need
to collect your personal profile, including gender, date of birth, height, weight, and exercise
settings data. You can go to "My" > "Personal Profile" to fill in or modify. If you do not
provide this information, it will affect the accuracy of exercise data calculation, but it will
not affect your local use of personal profile management functions.
1.2.2 Exercise Data Management
In order to record, back up and manage your exercise data, we need to collect your location
information, exercise trajectory, exercise type, exercise duration, steps, distance, calories,
elevation gain, speed and other exercise data. Exercise types include walking, running, hiking,
etc. The purpose of collecting this type of information is to record and count your daily
exercise data and trajectory, and provide you with rich exercise services.
We will obtain your exercise data (steps, weight, etc.) to have a more
comprehensive understanding of your exercise status.
The providers of trajectory recording function for outdoor single
exercise in this service include: AutoNavi Software Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Weike Technology Co.,
Ltd., and Google Inc. Using this service requires collecting and providing your location
information to the map service provider. Some maps also require you to provide your device
identifier and network information. The specific data collection and processing are governed by
the privacy policy of third parties. Please refer to the privacy policy of the corresponding map
service provider.
If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to provide
cloud-side storage of exercise data. When you uninstall the application or change your phone,
exercise data will be lost, but this will not affect your local use of exercise data recording
function.
1.2.3 Health Data Management
In order to manage your health data and display your related data, we need to collect your sleep,
heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, MET, etc. Health data is personal sensitive
information. The purpose of collecting this type of information is to measure, record, display
and count health-related data, and provide you with rich health services.
If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to provide
cloud-side storage of health data. When you uninstall or change your phone, health data will be
lost, but this will not affect your local use of "Wearfit Pro" health data management function.
1.2.4 Wearfit Pro Value-added Services
The "Family Space" function supports convenient and intuitive sharing of exercise records (steps,
exercise duration, exercise distance, calories consumed) and health data (daily heart rate,
blood pressure, blood sugar, sleep, weight, stress, etc.) among family and friends. Other users
in "Family Space" will not see data you have not authorized to share. You can terminate this
data sharing by exiting "Family Space". If you have not uploaded personal information to the
server, this function is not available.
We also need to collect your exercise data, health data and group
information for group data analysis, so that you can better understand yourself and motivate
yourself. Members outside the group will not see your personal information. You can terminate
this data sharing by exiting the group. If you have not uploaded personal information to the
server, this function is not available.
To implement the achievement system service, we generate your level,
points, report card service and weekly/monthly/yearly report service based on your exercise and
health history data, or award users virtual badges in the form of incentives. If you do not
provide this information, we will not be able to provide you with achievement-related services.
To implement online activity services, we will use your avatar,
nickname, and related exercise data and health data. Avatars and nicknames are used to display
rankings in activities, and exercise data and health data are used to calculate activity
performance. When participating in activities, you may need to enter your name, address and
phone number to complete registration information or receive prizes.
1.2.5 User Experience Improvement Service
In order to improve product quality and enhance user experience, we need to collect your device
identification information (system basic information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac
address, system log, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID,
Android advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card identifier, etc.), system basic
information, device usage information, system usage information and wearable device usage
information, including the pages you open in the application and the buttons you click, and the
function operation of the application and device, to analyze and count the usage of devices and
applications, improve services and user experience. The above data is only for overall analysis
and will not focus on your personal information. All related data will be deleted after use.
When problems occur during application use, you can give us feedback
through the "Problems and Suggestions" interface. You need to enter your problem description and
contact information. In order to solve the problem as soon as possible, we also need to collect
system usage information, device hardware information, device identifiers and system basic
information. The logs and contact information you upload are only used for communication and
problem location, and will be automatically deleted after the data storage period expires. If
you do not provide this information, it may cause developers to be unable to solve the problems
you encounter, but this will not affect your use of other functions of this service. In order to
improve our service quality, we will collect device identifiers, device hardware information
(such as device type, etc.), and system basic information (such as country code configuration,
etc.) to push questionnaire surveys from time to time to improve our products. The questionnaire
content may require you to provide some personal information. The collection and use of your
personal information will be specifically explained in the questionnaire and your authorization
and consent will be obtained. If you do not want to participate in the questionnaire, you can
ignore the questionnaire push, which will not affect your normal use.
We strive to provide you with a browsing experience. If you do not want
to accept commercial advertisements we send to you, you can disable them through the settings we

1.3 How We Use Your Personal Information
1.3.1 Account Login
In order to manage Wearfit Pro data, we complete account registration and login functions based
on account services. Before using an account, please make sure you read and agree to comply with
the privacy statement of the corresponding account to understand and agree to the collection,
use and sharing of personal information of the corresponding account. After logging in, we need
to use your account information (nickname and avatar) and personal basic information (gender and
date of birth). Nicknames and avatars are used for display in applications, and gender and date
of birth are used to provide you with better exercise recommendations.
1.3.2 Wearfit Pro Device Management
In order to manage your Wearfit Pro devices (including wearable devices such as wristbands and
watches produced, headphones, and sold by Weike and its affiliates, as well as Wearfit Pro
ecological devices and third-party devices), we need to collect your device identification
information (system basic information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system
log, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID, Android advertising
ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card identifier, etc.), device hardware information,
device usage information, system basic information and network information. The purpose of
collecting this type of information is to establish Bluetooth connections, manage device
configurations, complete software upgrades, display data sources, and count device activation
status. This data will also be used to improve network connection experience.
In addition, in order to support information linkage between wearable
devices/headphones and mobile phones, it is necessary to read mobile phone calendar schedules
and system basic information to wearable devices. We connect to Wearfit Pro devices via
Bluetooth to obtain exercise and health data, log information, location information, device
information (system basic information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system
log, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID, Android advertising
ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card identifier, etc.) from the device. You can terminate
this type of data collection by disconnecting or unbinding.
After connecting to some Wearfit Pro devices, in order to provide more
accurate data monitoring, the gender, age, height, and weight you enter in the "Wearfit Pro"
application "My" > "Personal Profile" will be synchronized to the device (such as wristbands,
watches, etc.).
Some wearable devices that support call functions need to display
mobile phone contact information and call records to facilitate the wearable device to answer
and make calls.
When connecting to Wearfit Pro devices from Shenzhen Weike Technology
Co., Ltd., "Wearfit Pro" only provides device upgrade paths, and device firmware versions are
provided by device manufacturers. Manufacturers are responsible for version quality and upgrade
results. Your device name, device identification information (system basic information, device
name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system log, system usage information, device usage
information, IMSI, AndroidID, Android advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card
identifier, etc.), and device usage information will also be uploaded to Shenzhen Weike
Technology Co., Ltd. servers to complete activation statistics and wearable device problem
analysis. For more detailed information, please refer to the "Statement on Weike User Agreement
and Privacy".
After Weike wearable devices are successfully paired, third-party
applications that interact with the paired Weike wearable devices through "Wearfit Pro" can
obtain the random identifier of your device (pairing can be reset and unique to each
application), device name, device hardware information and status (charging or in use) and other
data. Third-party applications can also send messages or notifications to your paired wearable
devices. According to your explicit authorization, these third-party applications can access the
device's sensor data, sleep status, exercise type (walking, running), wearing status data, log
information, location information, device information (system basic information, device name,
device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system log, system usage information, device usage
information, IMSI, AndroidID, Android advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card
identifier, etc.).
If your wearable device supports weather forecast function, we will
send your location information to the weather service provider to obtain weather information in
your area and display it on the wearable device. You can terminate this sharing at any time by
turning off the weather forecast function in the device management of this application.
When you use our services, we may automatically collect detailed
information about your use of our services, which will be saved as network logs. For example:
your login account, IP address, browser type, telecommunications operator, network environment,
language used, access date and time, dwell time, refresh records.
1.3.3 Device Permission Invocation
Storage Permission: When you use functions such as sharing, vibration pedometer
or login account, you can choose to enable this permission to read or write application usage
information, pictures, videos and step intermediate data. If you do not need this type of
service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other
services.
Camera Permission: When you connect devices by
scanning QR codes, bind transportation cards or use group functions, we need to apply for and
obtain this permission to complete picture taking. If you do not need this type of service, you
can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.
Location Permission: When you use functions such as
generating trajectory pictures for single exercises, Bluetooth pairing, weather push or other
location-related searches, you can choose to enable this permission to determine your current
location information. At the same time, it can more accurately find the location of headphones.
If you do not need this type of service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which
will not affect the use of other services.
Bluetooth Usage Permission: Location permission and
Bluetooth usage permission are used for low-power Bluetooth headset battery acquisition.
Network Permission: Network permission is used for
application error log collection, application version update detection, authorization
activation, account login, etc.
Access Device Information Status: Actually to verify
user device information (system basic information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac
address, system log, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID,
Android advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card identifier, etc.).
Phone Permission: When you pair with associated
devices, activate cards or use functions such as making and receiving calls on wearable devices,
rejecting incoming calls, receiving incoming call information, you can choose to enable this
permission to obtain phone status. If you do not agree to this permission, it will affect
account login and you will not be able to use other functions of sports health.
Microphone Permission: When you use wearable devices
to issue voice commands, use call functions or use audio interfaces to transmit data, some
Wearfit Pro devices need to access microphone permissions. If you do not need this type of
service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other
services.
Call Record Permission: When you use wearable devices
to push missed call numbers, control volume and call channels, you can choose to enable this
permission to display missed call numbers on paired devices and synchronize mobile phone call
status. If you do not need this type of service, you can turn off this permission at any time,
which will not affect the use of other services.
Contacts Permission: When you use wearable devices and
group add contact services, you can choose to enable this permission to quickly import mobile
phone contacts into wearable devices to initiate calls or add group member information. If you
do not need this type of service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not
affect the use of other services.
SMS Permission: When you use wearable devices to
reject incoming calls and send text messages, you can choose to enable this permission to send
text messages to designated contacts. If you do not need this type of service, you can turn off
this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.
1.4 How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information
(1) Sharing
We will not share your personal information with other organizations and individuals, except in
the following cases:
â‘ Sharing under your active choice: If you actively sign the
"Third-party Merchant Privacy Statement", we will share your personal information, order
information and necessary information related to the transaction with relevant goods and service
providers according to your choice to realize your need to purchase goods or services from them
and promote them to complete subsequent after-sales services. You can query the information
registered on the business license of the relevant goods and service providers from the main
