Types of exercise include walking, running, climbing, etc. The purpose of collecting such information is to record and count your daily exercise data and trajectory, and provide you with rich exercise services.

We will obtain the exercise data (steps, weight, etc.) in your HealthKit to have a more comprehensive understanding of your exercise status

Providers in this service that support the track recording function for outdoor single sports include: AutoNavi Software Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Weike Technology Co., Ltd., and Google Inc. Using this service requires collecting and providing your location information to the map service provider. Some maps also require you to provide your device identifier and network information. If you do not provide this type of information, you will not be able to provide cloud storage of exercise data. When you uninstall the app or change the phone, the exercise data will be lost, but this will not affect your local use of the exercise data recording function.

4.1 Access to personal information

After installing and logging in to "Wearfit Pro", your personal information saved on the health cloud will be automatically downloaded and synchronized to the local phone. In the "Wearfit Pro" app, you can access your exercise data and health data through the data card, including step card, exercise card, sleep card, heart rate card, weight card, blood pressure card, blood sugar card, etc. and device pages. You can view nickname, avatar, gender, date of birth, height, weight and exercise setting data on the "My" page.

4.2 Updating personal information

You can modify and update your nickname, avatar, gender, date of birth, height, and weight on the "My" page. The data automatically obtained from your mobile phone or Wearfit Pro device does not provide editing and updating functions.

5. Data storage location and duration

The above information will be transmitted and saved to a server within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

We only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this statement, and delete or anonymize your personal information after the retention period below, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

For your data security, your data will be bound to your account, and your Wearfit Pro data will be transmitted encrypted and stored in the "Wearfit Pro" cloud server.

Questionnaire information obtained in the questionnaire business and device information obtained in the upgrade service (basic system information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system log, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID, Android advertisement ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card identification, etc.), will be retained for six (6) months from the date of collection, or when you delete your account, your data will also be securely deleted at the same time.

Personal information obtained for statistical analysis and product improvement in the user experience improvement service will be retained for six (6) months from the date of collection.

Problems and Suggestions Log information obtained in the business for analysis and positioning: Logs are stored on the Weike server (file log server) for seven (7) days, and the retention period for data other than logs is two (2) years.

The activity data you participated in will be retained for six (6) months from the end of the activity, and the relevant information data of your participation in the lucky draw will be retained for two (2) years.

Our products integrate Umeng+SDK, Umeng+SDK needs to collect your device Mac address, unique device identification code (IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information) to provide statistical analysis services, and through The geographic location calibrates the accuracy of report data and provides basic anti-cheating capabilities.

6. How to contact us

7. Account cancellation

7.1 If you need to cancel your account, you must meet the following conditions at the same time:

(c) There are no unused rights and interests in the account. If you still have unused rights and interests, the cancellation application will be deemed as your voluntary waiver of corresponding rights and interests;

The account cancellation process is: log in to the Wearfit Pro APP-My-Settings-Account and Security-Account Cancellation; before you cancel your account, we will verify your account information. You know and understand that canceling an account is an irreversible act;

7.2 Consequences of Account Cancellation

You understand and agree that after completing the cancellation process of the account, there will be consequences including but not limited to the following:

(a). You will not be able to rely on this account to perform any authority operations;

(b). You will not be able to log in to the Wearfit Pro APP account with this account again;

(c). After logout, we will clear your data, and you will not be able to retrieve all the information, data, etc. that you have stored and used under this account;
